A Better Layout, A Brighter Kitchen

This kitchen transformation proves that a beautiful kitchen can also make everyday life easier. The dated wood cabinets were replaced with a fresh combination of light-stained hickory and white painted cabinetry, creating a bright, warm, and timeless look.

One of the biggest changes was reworking the kitchen layout. The original odd-shaped peninsula was replaced with a functional kitchen island, gaining valuable storage, comfortable seating, and a much more efficient workspace. The new layout opens up the kitchen and creates a better flow for cooking, entertaining, and everyday living.

The natural character of the light hickory paired with white cabinetry adds warmth and visual interest while keeping the space feeling light and inviting. Every detail was designed to improve both the look and functionality of the kitchen.
